Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce is fermenting with traditional technique by selected Non-GMO soybean, wheat flour and extract of mushroom, producing with more than 100 days’ natural sunshine fermentation;The addition of pure mushroom essence gives this soy sauce a rich mushroom flavour and warm brown colour, good for marinating and coating for dish, also suitable for many dishes in Dominica.
